Services and About Therapy

I work with adults experiencing challenges such as Depression, Anxiety, Loneliness, Stress, Anger, Loss, Bereavement, Abuse, Relationship problems, Self-Esteem, effects of COVID, and other issues. My aim is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can safely explore the challenges you are facing.
Resources should be readily available to anyone or everyone who needs it and my aim is to work with you to help navigate your feelings, thoughts, or struggles that you may experiencing. This can lead to a deeper understanding about any patterns of behavior that might be causing problems in your life.
There are many different reasons people seek Counselling and Psychotherapy. Maybe you are feeling stuck, wanting things to change but unsure how to move forward. It can be helpful to talk about how you can move forward and what’s holding you back.
You may be experiencing changes in your professional life, relationships romantic or otherwise, lifestyle changes, starting something new in your life etc. While change can often be exciting it might also cause anxiety, uncertainty and a fear of the unknown. I welcome you to explore your concerns and can help provide tools and techniques that are useful for dealing with anxiety

Face to face and online Counselling

I provide both face to face and online Counselling. I have daytime and evening appointments available, with some availability at weekends and charge €50 an hour. Sessions last between 50 to 60 minutes.

I only work with adults over the age of 18.

Having been there myself, I know how scary starting therapy can be. That is why I strive to create a non-judgmental safe space for anyone thinking of beginning that journey.
